SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 48 hours from being placed. Certain holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day et cetera can delay preparation time as well as shipping time. Delivery speed is based upon the shipping method chosen during checkout. We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to the carrier, once the package is handed over to the carrier we hold no responsibility with the shipping time.

If for whatever reason the preparation time will be delayed a courtesy e-mail will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Once we have given the package to the carrier we are not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged packages during transit. We understand the frustration this may cause so we will be happy to help and assist with any claims and follow-ups made with the carriers due to these circumstances.

Once your package has gone for shipment a tracking number will be generated and sent to you. You may track your package from the moment it leaves our facility to when it is delivered to your door.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that when shopping online we may receive an item that might not be what we expect which is why we can offer exchanges for items that has not been worn washed or used in any way. For exchanges you do have an option to receive store credits or another item of equal charge. A one time courtesy shipping label will be provided per customer for an exchange, any other exchanges that is not due to product defect or a company error the customer will be responsible for that shipping charge.

We may process a return and refund if for whatever reason the product has arrived damaged or defected thus unable to be used. In order for a full refund to be processed the item must not have been worn used stretched or washed. If you receive a damaged or defective item please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it in order to process this claim. Anything over 48 hours would be on a case by case basis with no guarantee of return or refund. 

All returns and exchanges must be shipped back to us within 48 hours in order for the claim to be valid.

Due to the category of products that we offer we cannot honor any type of exchange or returns for items that has been worn or used in any way due to hygienic and health reasons.

 

Pre-orders

We offer sizing charts all throughout the website including on the product pages. We also use models of different heights and weights as well as body types so that all different types of women can relate to how our products will fit them. 

We ask that you follow the chart by taking proper measurements of yourself before placing your order. 

If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item and how it might fit you you may contact us and one of our dedicated representatives will assist you with any questions you have regarding your pre purchase.

 

Quality 

We take pride in offering quality products. Every order is inspected before it is packaged and shipped to you. To care for your shapewear please cold wash by hand and air dry for best results. You do not want to create much friction and wear on it during a wash and dry cycle in the machines. 

Influencer Program

We are honored to have such amazing people like you consider working with us. Especially with all the hard work that it takes in order to gain a certain social media presence. As of right now our influencer programs are open to influencers on TikTok and Instagram platforms. 

The minimum requirements for TikTok is 2000 followers and 10,000 likes. The minimum requirements for Instagram is 5000 followers with engagements upwards of 500 to 1000 likes per post, image or reel.

Some of the perks of being a part of our influencer program includes access to early information such as sales and new merchandise before they are launched as well as store credits, your own personal link so you can get paid, and much more to come.
